Frequently Asked Questions
Stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel all up to 25mm, and pre-galvanised sheet up to 4mm (anything thicker is fabricated in mild steel and hot-dip galvanised after cutting). Our dual 3000 × 1500mm bed machines handle sheet and plate across all four materials. Send your specs and we'll confirm.
DXF and DWG are preferred - they translate directly to the machine. We can also work from AI, PDF, or STEP files in most cases. Include dimensions and material specs with your file for accurate quoting.
Our CNC lasers hold tolerances of ±0.1mm–0.3mm depending on material and thickness. If you have specific tolerance requirements, include them in your quote request.
Yes. We run CNC laser cutting and CNC press brake folding in the same workshop. If your job needs cutting and bending, we handle both - one quote, one timeline, no outsourcing.
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from file approval. Larger runs and complex jobs may take longer - we'll give you a realistic timeline at quoting stage. Rush jobs can usually be accommodated with notice.
