Not every project arrives with finished drawings. Everything Metal runs an in-house CAD design and drafting team, so you don't need to bring your own draftsperson to the table. Sketch on the back of a napkin, take a photo, or describe what you want over the phone. We can design it from scratch.

Design and fabrication sit under one roof. If the workshop spots a smarter or cheaper way to build something, the drafter adjusts the drawing on the spot. That keeps quotes accurate and lead times tight.
What We Do
Applications
Bring a sketch, a photo, or an idea. We design, draft, and fabricate the finished piece. No separate draftsperson required.
Shop drawings for brackets, frames, enclosures, and structural components. Drawn for fabricability, not appearance.
Send your DXF or DWG and we'll tidy up open contours, duplicate lines, and unsuitable geometry so the laser cuts clean the first time.
2D detail drawings for architects and designers. Facades, screens, balustrades, and custom architectural metalwork.
3D CAD models for showing how a piece fits together, validating assemblies, and giving clients a preview of the finished work.
Few drawings land first try. We iterate with you until the design is right, then it goes onto the workshop floor without a translation step.

Frequently Asked Questions
DXF and DWG are our preferred formats. They translate to our laser and press brake without conversion. We also accept STP, STEP, AI, and PDF. If you have a different format, send it through and we'll confirm whether we can use it.
Yes. A sketch, a photo, a reference image, or a description over the phone is enough to start. Our CAD team designs from scratch every week. Most of our domestic jobs and plenty of commercial ones come to us without finished drawings.
Depends on the job. For small projects where design is a sliver of the work, we fold it into the fabrication quote. For larger or more iterative design work, we quote design hours separately so you can see what you're paying for.
We can. Our best work happens when design and fabrication sit in the same room: draw a piece, build it, adjust on the fly. If you only need drawings without fabrication, let us know upfront and we'll quote it that way.
We don't cap revisions on small jobs. We keep iterating until the design is right. For larger projects we'll agree on a scope upfront so both sides know what's covered.
