Retail Shop Counters

High-quality retail shop counters for a Brisbane CBD site, fabricated in line with the client's architectural direction for the fitout. Counters combining aluminum and stainless steel construction, finished to a retail-front standard - polished, unmarked, and ready to sit as a visible feature in a customer-facing environment.

The counters ran through the full capability chain: laser cutting on the panels and detail work, guillotining for straight-cut stock, CNC folding to form the panels and frames, rolling to bring curved sections to profile, and welding to bring the assemblies together. From there, polishing across the stainless surfaces to lift the finish to retail standard, with aluminium and stainless components laminated onto substrates to deliver the finished counter faces.

Handling ran tight through every stage. On a retail application, a scratch or a handling mark on a polished stainless or aluminium surface reads permanently on the finished counter - the tolerance for defect on the visible surfaces was effectively zero. Every counter left the workshop finished to the standard the retail fitout demanded.
