The Brief
Supply, fabricate, and install 316 stainless steel balustrade posts and handrails for a major commercial project, working from the construction drawings provided. 316 grade for corrosion resistance and long service life. Bespoke across the job - every post and rail made to suit its position, with tight tolerances required to finalise the construction to spec.
Our Approach
The job started with site measurements taken across the install positions, so fabrication ran from the as-built geometry rather than the drawings alone. From there, our in-house drafting team produced workshop drawings for the full package and confirmed them with the client before any material was cut.
Fabrication ran in 316 stainless to the confirmed drawings - posts and handrails made to suit each position, with tight tolerances held through cutting, forming, and welding.
