Our CNC lasers cut to ±0.1mm on profile dimensions. Press brake folding achieves ±0.2mm on bend positions with CNC back-gauge control.
DXF is preferred for laser cutting. We also accept DWG, STEP, STP, and AI files. We optimise nesting and confirm tolerances before cutting.
Yes. We work with several manufacturers on recurring orders. We store your files and settings so repeat orders are fast and consistent.
Mild steel up to 20mm, stainless steel up to 12mm, and aluminium up to 10mm on our 3000×1500mm laser beds.
