Laboratory Fume Cabinets

Sealed, hygienic laboratory fume cabinets for a scientific testing environment in the Brisbane CBD. The cabinets had to be built to laboratory standard - fully sealed to hold the contained atmosphere, hygienic across all internal surfaces, and finished to suit ongoing use in a controlled scientific setting.

The job ran from client drawings, with the workshop's stainless fabrication experience applied through the build - joint detailing, weld sequencing, and internal surface treatment to deliver the sealed, hygienic result the application required.

Fabrication ran across laser cutting, CNC folding, and saw cutting to prepare the panels and structural components, with stainless steel fab techniques bringing the cabinets together to drawing.
